Tim O'Hara is the proud owner of Coastal Custom Builders where he combines his extensive experience in retail management and construction. After starting his career in retail, he shifted to construction in the early 2000s, focusing on framing and carpentry. Following the 2008 economic downturn, Tim managed construction processes and became President of a residential company. In 2014, he founded Coastal Custom Builders to deliver quality homes on time and within budget, successfully building over 70 custom homes. Tim oversees operations and business development, finding fulfillment in bringing clients' dream homes to life. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fly fishing, hiking, snow skiing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is particularly proud of his role in developing Churchill Oaks, reflecting the high standards of his company.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in the industry, Joey began his career at 15 on a framing crew, developing expertise in framing, siding, trim, and structural work. In his current role, Joey oversees project managers to ensure quality and adherence to budgets and schedules. He takes pride in having contributed to over 200 homes in Santa Rosa Beach, with his favorite project being his own home. Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending time with his two children, as well as football and fitness activities. His passion for creating beautiful Gulf Coast homes drives his commitment to excellence.

Aubrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Her passion for the industry was ignited during her internship with a general contractor. After moving to the Florida Panhandle, she worked for a residential contractor before joining Tim in his new venture, and she is currently in the process of obtaining her own license. As the Director of Preconstruction and Estimating, Aubrey oversees design, estimating, contracting, and permitting for projects. She excels in guiding clients through the selection of architects and ensuring a smooth permitting process, leveraging her industry expertise. Aubrey finds fulfillment in transforming designs into beautiful homes and values her attention to detail and organizational skills. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their two cats, skiing at new mountains each year, and spending time with family and friends. Aubrey is proud of the relationships built at Coastal Customer Builders and the unique custom homes they create.

Ben serves CCB as the Director of Finance and Business Development, overseeing the financial practices of the business. He joined CCB in 2021 and is excited to support the growth in the area and demand from our clients for high quality custom construction. Prior to this, Ben worked at Morgan Stanley serving high net worth individuals and institutions in their investment and planning needs. Originally from North Carolina, Ben graduated from Auburn University in 2014 and has been a NW Florida native ever since. When away from the office Ben enjoys cooking, entertaining, and being outside.
